Steps to Chartering or Reactivating a CKI Club:

1. Contact your District Governor  <[email protected]> and District Administrator, Brent Leslie <[email protected]>

2. Download the Circle K Chartering Checklist or Reactivation Checklist. For a more in-depth approach, download       the Club Building Manual

3. Print the Petition for Charter Form or Petition for Reactivation Form

4. Secure a Sponsoring Kiwanis Club

5. Meet with the School Student Activities Director (may need Letter to Student Government)

6. Secure a Faculty and/or Kiwanis Advisor

7. Elect student Circle K leaders and download the Standard Form for Club Bylaws

8. Obtain at least 15 members (10 for less than 5000 students or 2 year colleges) and their signatures

9. Submit completed Club Charter Packet (w/ charter application, check or money order for the charter fee, and a copy of the club bylaws) to District Administrator - Brent Leslie <[email protected]>
