​Michelle Vo, 2021:

​Michelle Vo was an active member of the Georgia Institute of Technology Circle K Club. She also served on the Georgia District Board as Distinguished Bulletin Editor, Service Chair, and Fall Membership Retreat Chair.  Throughout her time in Circle K International, she adapted very quickly and learned several new skills as the district needed.

​Amanda Lang, 2021:

​Amanda Lang was an active member of the Georgia Institute of Technology Circle K Club. She also served on the Georgia District Board as a Distinguished Bulletin Editor, Distinguished Secretary-Treasurer, Webmaster, and District Convention Chair. Outside of the district, she has also been on the International Finance Committee and currently serves as the Committee Chair.  Throughout her time in Circle K International, she has made a commitment to not only her home club but the entire district from providing them website help, funding ideas, and a multitude of other resources.

​Lucy Zheng, 2020:

Lucy served as the Distinguished Club President for Georgia Tech Circle K. She was also a Distinguished Conventions Chair, Recruitment Chair, and Distinguished Governor for Georgia Circle K. She was recognized as the inaugural International New Member of the Year and served internationally as the Saint Baldrick's Foundation Ambassador and Distinguished International Service Committee Chair. After leaving Georgia Circle K, she served on the Georgia District Key Club adult committee for one year.

Marisa Hoenig, 2019

Marisa served as the Webmaster and Distinguished President for Georgia Tech Circle K. She later served as Distinguished Editor, Webmaster, and Distinguished Governor for Georgia Circle K. During her year as Governor, the district built 3 new clubs, increased in membership, and experienced improved Kiwanis relations. ​

Brad Malone, 2018

Serving as both a Key Club district governor and district secretary, Brad Malone has been involved with the Kiwanis Family since 2002. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Brad joined the Key Club adult committee as an assistant administrator and has served as the Key Club district administrator since 2012. Brad also currently serves as the Faculty Advisor to the Circle K club at Georgia Tech.

Claire Wells, 2017

Claire served as the Secretary and President for Young Harris College Circle K. She also served as the Lieutenant Governor, Fall Membership Retreat chair, and District Convention chair for the district board. During her time in Circle K, she was dedicated to her home club, ensuring each member had their voice heard.

Christine Farsi, 2017

Served as Vice President of the Georgia Tech Club for two consecutive years, one of which she was named Outstanding Club Vice President. She served on the district board as FMR Chair for two years and District Bulletin Editor for one year. An active member of her club, she provided transportation to Georgia Tech's weekly off-campus service projects.

James Braswell, 2017

Served as the Georgia District Governor and Coastal Lt. Governor. GA was named a Distinguished District by Circle K International for the year while he was Governor.

​Emma Lee Hunnewell, 2016

A two-term President from Young Harris College, Emma served the Georgia District for two terms as Secretary.  During her terms she assisted in Georgia District Club Monthly report expansion, and enhanced our Club Secretary Training. ​​

Melissa Kell, 2016

A part of Georgia Tech Circle K, Melissa served as the District Membership Development and Education chair and also Historian.  She was the definition of team player during her time in Circle K as she worked hard to not only grow her home club but grow the Georgia District.

Virginia Byrd, 2015

​Served as the Georgia District Governor, District Secretary, District Treasurer, and Kiwanis Family Chair.  GA was named a Distinguished District by Circle K International for the year while she was Governor.  Before her time in Circle K she was a member of the GA District Key Club Board serving as District  Governor, Secretary, Lt. Governor & K-Family Chair.

Simisola Oludare, 2015

A part of Georgia Tech Circle K, Simi served as Club Secretary. He then became a very dedicated District Lt. Governor for two years and even biked to other clubs if necessary! Simi has won multiple awards, including Outstanding Club Secretary and Outstanding District Board Member.

​Brittany Horton, 2014

Named Distinguished Governor by Circle K International for the 2013 - 2014 Administrative year. During Brittany’s time in Circle K, she was responsible for increasing the Technological capabilities. She was also a Distinguished Bulletin Editor and Georgia was named a Distinguished District during her term.

April Ford, 2014

April served several positions on the Georgia District board and was one of the founding members of the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Circle K. She was inducted in 2014 for her continued support of Georgia Circle K and her work as the Administrator of the Kentucky Tennessee Circle K district. ​

Dixita Patel, 2013

Served as the Club President for Georgia Tech for which she was named as the Outstanding Club President by the Georgia District.  She held several positions on the District Board, these included the Historian and the District Convention Chair.

Elizabeth Ludlow, 2014

Served as the Georgia District Bulletin Editor, District Treasurer, District Secretary, and Lt. Governor for which she was named Distinguished by Circle K International for each of those positions. Before her time in Circle K she was also a member of the Georgia District of Key Club board serving as Lt. Governor. ​

Bill and Alexia Lieber, 2013

Alexia and Bill have been long time supporters of Georgia Circle K and the Service Leadership Programs in general. Both volunteer extensively their time to assisting the Georgia District grow and provide counsel to both the students and the administrators.

Stacey Fountain, 2013

Stacey served as a Distinguished GA District Social Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary. She had several club positions including club Treasurer for which she was named the Outstanding Club Treasurer by the GA District. She currently serves as assistant administrator for Georgia and the Kiwanis advisor for Georgia College and State University.

Anla Etheridge, 2013

Anla is a former Keyclubber from the LaMissTenn District, but found her home here in the Georgia District. She is a former member of both the award winning Agnes Scott College Circle K Club and the Brenau University Circle K Club. She served as club Secretary and club President. She served the Georgia District as Awards Chair, Service Initiative Chair, and Assistant District Administrator.

Daniel Shorr, 2011

Served as the club President for the Georgia Tech Circle K club responsible for increasing their membership and pushing the club to compete for awards on the International level.  His lasting impact has been on the number of service hours his former club continues to produce every year.

Ashleey Davis, 2012

Served as the 2010-2011 District Governor during which both Ashleey and Georgia was named Distinguished by Circle K International.  Ashleey also served as the District Convention chair for several years helping to modernize the forms needed to execute the convention and the program design.

Rakeya Scott, 2011

Served as the 2009-2010 District Governor during which GA was named Distinguished.  Circle K saw strong growth in both membership and service during her term.

Shannon Whitehead Mooney, 2011

Served as a Distinguished District Secretary 94-95 and a Circle K International Trustee 95-96.  She went on to be a distinguished Kiwanis Club Secretary for the eKiwanis club of Greater Atlanta.

Michelle Berg, 2010

Michelle was the first HEALTHY Chair of the district.  She was named a Distinguished Chair and District Treasurer by Circle K International.  She went on to become both an assistant administrator for Georgia Circle K and Faculty advisor to Georgia College and State University Circle K.

Natalie Hranek, 2010

Served as the Northwestern Division Circle K Lt. Governor at Reinhardt University.  She later went on to become Kiwanis advisor to Reinhardt and Kennesaw State Circle K.

John Schnick, 2009

John served the district as one of the most successful conference chairs serving as both FMR and District Convention Chair.  As District Governor he led the district to a successful year of growth, and increased conference attendance.

Eldo Ediger, 2009

Eldo was recognized for many years as the  Outstanding Kiwanis Advisor in the district.  He worked tirelessly for both his sponsored Circle K club, and was a strong advocate for Circle K sponsorship.

Blair Booth, 2008

Prior to her time in Circle K, Blaire had a successful tenure as a Georgia District Key Club Lt. Governor.  Upon joining Circle K, Blaire served as both a Distinguished Lt. Governor and later she would go on to lead the Georgia District to a Distinguished award during her term as Governor.

Lee Huynh, 2008

Lee served as both a Distinguished Lt. Governor and District Committee Chair for his work as the Executive Committee Chair.  He was also recognized by the District board with the Carolyn B. Richard outstanding District Board member award.

Alice D. Stacey, 2007

Alice was posthumously inducted into the Hall of Fame for her unwavering commitment to service.  In her honor, the Georgia District Board created the Alice D. Stacey Passion for Service Award.

Katie Hunley, 2007

Katie served as a Distinguished District Governor during the 2005-2006 administrative year, and also received the Distinguished District Award.  The District saw increased service activity during her term.

Devin Harris, 2004

Devin served as the 2002-03 District Governor and Georgia received a fifth consecutive Distinguished District Award.  The Georgia District surpassed the 500-member mark for the first time during her tenure.

Patsy Wilcher, 2006

Patsy served as Distinguished Governor of the Georgia District during the 2004-05 year and was also a Distinguished Committee Chair as the 2002-03 Kiwanis Family Chair.  She pioneered the “Chains of Love” program which spread throughout Circle K International.

Duncan McClusky, 2003

Duncan has served as Southern Regional Administrator since 2001 and has been an active participant with each of the Large Scale Service Projects (LSSP) sponsored by Circle K International.  His personal commitment to service has inspired Circle K'ers in Georgia and Circle K International.

Rebecca Baum, 2003

Georgia received its’ fourth consecutive Distinguished District Award and Rebecca was named Distinguished Governor as the district surpassed the 400-member mark for the first time in 20 years. She was also a 2000-2001 Distinguished Committee Chair.

Michele Henry, 2002

Michele served as Lt. Governor during the 1996-1997 and 1998-1999 administrative years and was named distinguished each year.  This made her the first two-time Distinguished Lt. Governor in Georgia history.  She also set the standard for how the district prepares distinguished awards submissions.

Brent Leslie, 2003

Brent is the only person in the history of the Georgia District of Circle K to receive consecutive Distinguished Lt. Governor awards (2000-2001 and 2001-2002).  Brent assisted in the growth of the Georgia District throughout the southern part of the state.

Julie Bailey, 2001

Julie served as a Distinguished Governor of Georgia for the 1998-1999 year and also received the Distinguished District Award.  The district’s strategic plan was developed during her year, setting the foundation for growth in the years that followed.

Carol King, 2002

Carol served as a Distinguished Governor of Georgia for the 2000-2001 year and also received the Distinguished District Award.  Carol was the author of the MELT program and the District’s total of 10 distinguished awards at the 2001 International Convention is a record in Circle K International.

David A. Kelly, 2001

Dave served nine years as an assistant administrator and began his term as administrator in 1998. He was named as a distinguished administrator for each of his 9 years as administrator and Georgia won Distinguished District Awards from 1999-2003 and in 2006-2007.  The Hall of Fame was named in Dave’s honor in 2001.

Jennifer Long, 2001

Jennifer served as a Distinguished Governor of Georgia for the 1999-2000 year and also received the Distinguished District Award.  The district saw tremendous growth during her year and new programs such as HEALTHY and MELT were initiated.

Benjamin B. Armour, 1999

Recognized for his leadership and outstanding dedication to the Kiwanis Family, particularly as 1996-1997 Distinguished Georgia District Governor.  Ben continued his service as a Circle K International Trustee, and as a member of the district’s first long-range planning committee in 1998-99.

Dia Stokes Kelly, 2000

Appointed in 1993 by Administrator Ron Jackson, long-time Assistant District Administrator Dia is recognized for her devotion to conducting outstanding district conventions and conferences, leadership training, and to all of Circle K.

Vivan Punchak Davis, 1997

 Recognized for her leadership and extraordinary vision as 1993-94 Georgia Circle K District Governor in building a foundation for the district to build upon.  Vivian was named as a Distinguished Governor by Circle K International.

Ron Jackson, 1997

Recognized for his service as District Administrator from 1993-1998.  During his tenure, support of Circle K by Kiwanis grew dramatically, several new clubs were chartered, and he was honored as a distinguished administrator by Circle K International for 1993-1994.

James D. "Jim" Smith, 1996

Recognized for his tremendous support of Circle K as 1995-96 Georgia Kiwanis District Governor.  He attended board meetings, conferences, and scored two touchdowns in the annual FMR football game.

LaRoy Barrow, 1997

Recognized for support of Circle K throughout his Kiwanis career and particularly as Key Club District Administrator.  His active encouragement of Key Club members to join Circle K has helped Georgia CKI grow tremendously.

Charter Members Inducted in 1996

Longtime District Administrator (18 years) and his wife.  Dad received the International Circle of Service Award and Georgia received three Distinguished District Awards during Dad’s tenure.
